The mahi mahi fishery involves more than 4,200 fishermen and is one of the most important artisanal fisheries in the country. Peru is the main producer of this type of fish worldwide, and more than the 70% of its exports goes to the United States.
We export frozen hydrobiological products such as squid, loligo squid, mahi mahi, mackerel, chiri and others. We also have a line of fishmeal and residual squid.
