We are located in Sullana, Piura, Peru. However, we have several extraction and fishing points in the main ports along the Peruvian coast.
Our plant was founded 9 years ago, Agropesca del Perú S.A.C. Our facilities have an expansion of 5,000 m2.
Our annual production is 15 thousand metric tons and our storage capacity is of 5 thousand tons. Our production capacity is 210 MT, per day.
The IQF Tunnel Freezers are inline positive transport cascade freezers that circulate cool air through your food products. Thanks to this technology, excess surface water is eliminated and cold air is recirculated through a pre-cooling zone, where the moisture is sealed and the product is separated.
A plate freezer is made up of two main parts: the freezer unit and the insulated cabinet. The products are placed in the freezer frames between the aluminum plates in batches or in packages; the plates fall horizontally to give double contact of freezing. Once the freezing cycle is complete, the plates are lifted and opened to discharge the product. Then it is reloaded with a fresh product, resuming the cycle.

Equipped with cutting-edge technology that allows us to satisfy any requirement of our clients.
4 forced or static air tunnels, 10 static plate freezers, 2 IQF tunnels, ice flake maker, portioner and sorter for mahi mahi processing.
We have 9 kitchens for the cooking process of our boiled hydrobiological products
The Flake ice machine with capacity of 50 tons per day
Our modern infrastructure allows us to be equipped for the process of fish meal from our hydrobiological products.
Everything starts with the artisan fishing, that is carried out by local fishermen in the main ports of our Peruvian coast such as Paita, Callao, Pisco, Salaverry, Chimbote, San Martín, Matarani and Ilo. The product is immediately transported to the Spring Valley processing plant located in Sullana. Once in the plant, the products are processed according to the type of presentation and packaging.
We export frozen hydrobiological products such as squid, loligo squid, mahi mahi, mackerel, chiri and others. We also have a line of fishmeal and residual squid.
We are part of the TOP 5 exporting companies of residual squid flour, which considerably reduces the environmental impact, ensuring our commitment to sustainable and responsible fishing.
We joined the WWF, as part of the FIP (Fishery Improvement Project) program and together with the Ministry of Production, the Peruvian Sea Institute and more private sector actors, we promoted improvements in the practice and fishing of the mahi mahi in relation to Marine Stewardship Council standards.
