Innovation

Our facilities have an area of 5,000 m2 with an annual production of 15 thousand metric tons and a storage capacity of 5 thousand tons. Our production capacity is 148.25 tons per day. Since 2014, we have implemented the residual flour plant in order to reduce the impacts on the environment and in 2016 the wastewater treatment plant was opened.

Sustainability

We joined the WWF, as part of the FIP (Fishery Improvement Project) program and together with the Ministry of Production, the Peruvian Sea Institute of Peru (IMARPE) and more private sector actors, we promoted improvements in the practice and fishing of the mahi mahi in relation to Marine Stewardship Council standards .
